Dewy skin is the perfect mixture your face can have between moisture-packed makeup and hydrating skincare. It is impossible to achieve that dewy look without prepping your skin first, so you will have to exfoliate regularly and remove all the dead winter dry skin/dullness to avoid dry patches.
